On this final #WeeklyWednesday of National Poetry Month, I thought I would share this lovely work by Mary Oliver. I hope it brightens your day!

“Why I Wake Early” is also the title of a collection of poems by Mary Oliver. I recently bought this copy on Amazon and am really enjoying it!

The video I used comes from a vacation several years ago in New Zealand’s stunning South Island. I would highly recommend visiting, both for the natural beauty and the cultures you’ll find in NZ!
